HEATEX - VT - THERMOPAK
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
THE THERMIC
FLUID HEATING SYSTEM
The "HEATEX
- VT - TH" is forced circulated thermic fluid heater. The Thermic fluid
is pumped and circulated in a closed circuit and the heat is generated for
the process. The same Thermic fluid is used over and over again.
HEAT EXCHANGER
An integrated
combustion chamber is arranged as a nest of concentric coils are placed within
3 sturdy shell of mild steel. The concentric helical tube coils allow 3 flue
passes, so as to ensure optimum rate of heat release and maximum heat transfer.
The designavoid extensive use of refractory material with all standard accessories,
is mounted on a sturdy steel skid for easy installation.
EXTERNAL FURNACE
Coal/Lignite/Wood/Husk
or agro waste is burnt in an external furnace. This avoids any possible damage
to the thermic fluid heater coil. Emergency chimney is provided as safe-guard
against power failure.
FURNACE DESIGN
The whole
furnace is enclosed in steel casting. The combustion chamber is constucted
with best quality high duty heat firebricks and insulation bricks. Air insulation
is provided to minimize the heat losses.
DESIGNED FOR
LOWER GRADE COAL
The volume
of the furnace and gate area are specially designed for firing with low grade
coal having lower calorific value.
HIGH COMBUSTION
EFFICIENCY
The design
incorporates the balance draft system, with forced draft fan for primary and
secondary air and induced draft fan. This ensures high thermal efficiency
and complete combustion of volatile.
HIGH THERMIC
EFFICIENCY
The 'Heatex
Thermopak' incorporates 2 pss design and constantly gives an efficiency of
around 70%
SALIENT FEATURES
A. DESIGN
CO in fuel gases will be at 11%
Full combustion of coal giving maximum heat output
Stack temperature only 50 C more thatn oil tempature.
Expansion cum deaerated tank is designed in such a way that there are no chances of air pocket in the heater.
B. AUTOMATIC AND ACCURATE CONTROL OF TEMP
The control panel for the remote operation of the 'HEATEX' thermic fluid heater incorporates electrical safety devices and controlling equipments of unit. The elctronic temperature controllers for oil circuit etc. are housed in the control panel. The electronic tmperature controllers are interlocked with the ID fan whch is switched off automatically when the forward and return oil temperature exceeds the set temp., when the temperaure comes down. The contorl panel for the remote operation of the heater incorporates full complement of safety interlocks, indicators & alarms
C. RUNNING COST ECONOMY
(1) No corrosion or scale - formation. The Thermic fluid have mineral origin.
(2) Maintains constant temperature of 300 C at normal atmospheric pressure(3) Exempted from statutory inspections and Indian Boiler Regulation Act.
(4) Economically operated and easy to maintain, easy availability of parts.
D. MULTIFUEL OPTION
The system is most suitable for Coal, Wood, Husk, Bagasse, Lignite etc. wih optimum output level with some modification in combustion chamber. Service is given on clients demand.
