Oil /Gas Fired Thermical Fluid Heater (Horizontal Model)

HEAT EXCHANGEER:
Heatex Oil/Gas Fired Thermic Fluid Heater is horizontal-cylindrical design. The Burner assembly is designed for easy adjustment, cleaning & maintenance of diffuser plate, nozzle electrode etc. For long term cleaning of coil, it is quite convenient to take out the oil as it is horizontally designed . It is a three pass to coil forced draft Thermic Fluid Heater.


SHELL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION:


Heatex Thermic Fluid has two shells. One is inner shell in which coil is fitted. inner shell is fitter in outer shell. Aluminium sheet is provided between outer shell & inner shell so heat can not go on the outside surface. This will maintain the general temperature inside the oil of Coil. Both sells are made from M.s Plate.

BURNER:
This is of the important part of our Oil/Gas Fired thermic Fluid Heater. It is specially designed and manufactured by us. It helps to give combustion efficiency around 85% to 88%. It consists of Oil pre-heater, a high pressure gear Pump, burner gun, electrode & nozzle. The burner flame is a hollow cone type which gives maximum heat transfer in the radiation zone.

AUTOMATION:
The heater is fully automatic in operation. The following instruents are provided for precise control of the operations.

  • Differential pressure switch to cut off the burner in case of lower flow of oil.
  • Sequence controller to synchronise the various operations of the boiler automatically with photocell unit.
  • High Voltage transformer for initial firing of oil.
  • Pressure gauges for Thermic fluid out let pressure, Pump pressure & also for furnace oil.
  • Temperature indicator and thermostat provided on furnace oil preheater in case of furnace oil fired heater.
  • 2 Nos Temp. Controller cum indicators are provided with thermocouples to cut in cut out the burner for controlling temp. of Thermic fluid within +/- 1% of set valve.

DEAERATOR CUM EXPANSION TANK:
The conbined deaerator cum expansion tank is so designed as to take care of the expansion of thermic fluid and also to drive away the gases orentrapped air. The Temp. of thermic fluid inside the tank is not more that 90º C to prevent oxidation of oil

HEAT EXCHANGER COIL:
It is made from B.S. 3059 boiler quality tubes. Two pipes are welded very precisely. Besides, the coil is hydraulically tested at a pressure of 300 PSI.

Heatex Thermic Fluid Heater is
applied in industries like Textile, POY Plants, Chemicals, Rice Mills, Leather, Rubber, Plywood, Dehydrations, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals and oil refineries, etc.
